Need for rest time 
Depending on the needs of the skin, the recommended resting time varies between 0 and 20 days.
Duration 
Between 90 to 150 minutes. The duration depends on the severity of the skin condition.
Procedure 
Fotona 4D is a treatment composed of 4 treatment phases: 1.SMOOTH LIFTING Intra-oral volumizing Fotona is the only medical laser that works from the oral cavity. Tones, repulses and rejuvenates facial muscles from the inside out. It is a painless procedure. 2. FRAC3 A self-induced fractional effect of the laser that generates small regional high temperature peaks. This modality allows the treatment of deeper and more specific imperfections to complement the effect of intraoral treatment, in addition to restoring youthful texture. 3. PIANO A third stage of Fotona 4D®. The laser safely and rapidly warms the fabric from the outside to the inside. The PIANO® pulse promotes heating in full thickness with a lifting effect. 4.PEELING The last step of the protocol improves the appearance of the skin and reduces imperfections. There are several types of peeling from the most superficial to the deepest.

Preoperative care

Avoid sun exposure and physical exercise. Use of topical treatments recommended specifically for each patient.
Expected effects 
Depending on the degree of ablation the peeling of the skin will appear in the following days. Between 2 to 20 days is the time interval for flaking the superficial layer of the skin.
Contraindications 
Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Epilepsy. Pregnancy. Blood diseases (leukemia, anemia). Patients with photosensitive drug therapies.
Number of treatments 
This treatment is usually done between 4 to 8 sessions.
Maintenance 
Maintenance treatment is usually performed every 6 months. Some patients to stimulate rejuvenation to the maximum, choose to stimulate the skin once a month.
