Laser: Protection on average of about two days (depending on severity). Fillers and Botox: You should avoid physical efforts that day or lie down for the next 5 hours. Avoid massaging to avoid the risk of spreading or moving products. We recommend placing ice on the treated sites in order to reduce edema. Avoid sun exposure.

On average, 2 laser treatments are required, depending on the existing sagging. Fillers and Botox are usually required for only one session.
