• Apply Phyto-Khol Perfect on the eyelid, as close as possible to the eyelashes to enhance the shape of the eyes or intensify the look or blur the eyelid with the sponge applicator on the end.
• To intensify the look, apply inside the eye.
• It can be applied over the shadow for a more marked line or under the shadow for a smokey effect.
